Opportunity first, credentials second.
No job, formal sales experience, degree, vehicle or previous solar experience is required. Every application receives a human review. We look at reliability, initiative, communication, willingness to learn, and the people or communities you can reach. If Sales Agent is not the right starting role, we may offer Referral Agent onboarding instead.

Age: applicants 16+ may submit for review. Active independent Agent Codes currently require age 18+; applicants 16-17 can be kept in our Future Talent pool rather than automatically rejected.

Both paths are commission-based independent-agent opportunities. Sales Agents complete a short agreement and practical product/conduct training before activation.

How commissions work

Referral Agent
3.5%

You introduce and register a customer. If the sale completes and qualifies, you earn 3.5% of the Net Sale Price.

Sales Agent: your own customer
10%

You source, register and close the customer yourself. You earn 10% of the Net Sale Price.

Sales Agent: assigned lead
6.5%

If YARDGRID JAMAICA assigns you a company-generated lead and you handle the sale and handover, you earn 6.5%.

Referral lead closed by Sales Agent
6.5% + 3.5%

The Sales Agent who closes and hands over earns 6.5%; the Referral Agent who introduced the customer earns 3.5%. Total agent commission remains capped at 10%.

Example on a J$260,000 Net Sale Price:
10% = J$26,000   |   6.5% = J$16,900   |   3.5% = J$9,100.
Net Sale Price excludes GCT, delivery, installation and payment-processing fees. Commission is earned only after full customer payment has cleared and handover is completed. Payout timing and all other conditions follow the signed Independent Agent Agreement.

I understand this is an application, not automatic authorization. If approved, I must sign the Independent Agent Agreement before activation. Customer payments go directly to YARDGRID JAMAICA and agents may use only approved information and materials.
